If you are looking to rent or put your property for rent, we can assist you. Below you will find what is needed in order to consider an applicant interested in renting a property.
4 Easy Steps
2. Full Credit Report (30 days old maximum)
To be individually full credit report per adult. You can run your own credit report at www.CreditKarma.com or my office can run your credit report for $38 per person through RentSpree. You will get an email with the link and follow instructions and there is an authorization form giving permission to RentSpree to run your credit.
3. Proof Of Income:
If employed:
- W-2.
- 2 Months current pay stubs.
- 2 Months current bank statements.
If Self-employed:
- Latest filed income Tax Return including Schedule E or C or any other attachments.
- Profit & Loss Statement or 1099.
- 2 Months current bank statements.
4. Proof of Identity: Applicant(s) must provide current Drivers’ License.
Things to note:
- Incomplete application package will not be reviewed if incomplete. They can be emailed at 818GotHome@Gmail.com or faxed (818)366-4900 or dropped at my office.
- If the application is approved, we will require seeing the actual picture I.D and copies will be made before the keys to the property are released.
CERTIFIED FUNDS: CASHIER’S CHECKS OR MONEY ORDER FOR THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND FIRST MONTHS RENT ARE REQUIRED AT LEASE SIGNING.
